Changes to Personalised Products
Once your order is placed, we are usually unable to make changes to it.
We understand that sometimes there may be a change that you need to make. Please email us immediately, and we will be able to advise if your order has been made or not yet.
In the event that your order has not been made, we should be able to make the change. However, if the order has already been made, it will incur a reprint/remake fee.
Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order; if a personalised order has been made, it will not be able to be cancelled.
Colours
We endeavour to show a true representation of the colour, but due to different screens this can sometimes vary. If you’d like further images of the colour please let us know and we will be happy to send through more images.
We use the matte side of the acrylic unless advised otherwise.
Order Approvals
If you would like to see a mock up prior to us making your order for your approval, please leave a note in your cart and we will be happy to send this through.
Production Time
We have a production time of up to 14 business days depending on product.
Production time does not include shipping.

This is my second purchase from Caitlin. Initially I found her store on Etsy and loved her products so much. The abstract round was advertised as a smaller size but on request, Caitlin was able to make it larger for me. Caitlin sent several proofs of both items and collaborated with me to create the final products. Her customer service and attention to detail are to be admired and I will no doubt purchase again from her store.

I’ve been searching for an Easter basket for my kids egg hunt for a while and was thrilled when I found this one. It’s beautifully made, sturdy and a generous size. Very good quality and quite affordable. You must get the little tags to go with it, so cute!
