Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on our personalised products.

Please contact us immediately via email if you wish to cancel your order. If a personalised order has been made we will be unable to cancel. 

Please ensure you check your order carefully as we do refund or replace if an error has been made. Due to the volume of orders we do not send mock ups, if you’d like to see one prior to us making your order please advise in the notes section at checkout.

In the event the error is caused by us, we will offer a replacement or refund for the incorrect item.

If a product is damaged in transit, please contact us to ensure we are able to get a replacement out to you ASAP or give you a refund for the damaged item.
