Reusable Planner - Medicine Tracker

When our little ones are sick there is already so much going through our minds, and keep tracking of medicine and when they last had them can become quite a task! Our reusable medicine tracker helps you keep track of all of that! Allowing you to clearly write each medicine, dosage and time to take it, there is also an observation section that is perfect to record their temperature or any other observations made. 

Simply use a whiteboard marker or a chalk pen, both of which can be easily wiped off for you to be able to use time and time again.

Magnets can sometimes cause scratches. To help prevent this we recommend putting a piece of paper like a sticky note underneath the magnets on fridges.
